Zend

Terms of Service

Last updated: October 9, 2026

These terms apply when you use Zend: the member app for iOS and Android, the dashboard used by gym owners and trainers, and our website zendfit.com. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy at https://zendfit.com/privacy.

In these terms, “Zend”, “we” and “us” mean the operator of the Zend service. A “gym” is a fitness club that uses Zend, “staff” are its owners and trainers, and a “member” is a person who uses the Zend app.

Accepting these terms

By creating an account or using Zend, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Zend.

If you use Zend on behalf of a gym, you confirm that you may accept these terms for that gym. A separate agreement between the gym and Zend, if there is one, takes precedence over these terms where the two differ.

What Zend provides

Zend helps gyms coach their members and keep them training:

  • The member app, where members follow the plans their gym assigns, log workouts, measurements and nutrition, and stay in touch with their trainer.
  • The dashboard, where gym owners and trainers manage members, plans and classes and see activity and retention insights.
  • The website, where gyms learn about Zend and request a demo.

Zend does not manage gym memberships, payments or check-ins. Your membership at a gym, its price and its rules are between you and that gym.

Your account

  • Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
  • Keep your password private and do not share your account. You are responsible for what happens in it.
  • Tell us at [email protected] if you think someone else has used your account.
  • You must be at least 16 years old, or have the agreement of a parent or guardian, to use the app.

Gyms and their staff

Gyms invite their members to Zend and assign the trainers who work with them. If you use Zend for a gym, you agree to:

  • use member data only to coach and support your members, and only as allowed by our Privacy Policy and the law that applies to you;
  • tell your members that you use Zend and what you can see about them;
  • give staff accounts only to people who work for your gym, and remove them when they leave;
  • take responsibility for the plans, advice, notes, files and messages your staff add.

Fees for gyms are set out in the gym’s agreement or order with Zend. Members do not pay Zend to use the app.

Acceptable use

Do not:

  • break the law or other people’s rights, including their privacy;
  • upload anything harmful, offensive or that you have no right to share;
  • access accounts or data that are not yours, or try to get around Zend’s security or limits;
  • interfere with Zend, overload it or attack it, or use automated means to collect data from it;
  • copy, resell or reverse-engineer Zend, except as the law allows;
  • use Zend to send spam or unwanted messages.

Health and safety

Zend is a training and tracking tool, not a medical service. Scores, estimates, plans and suggestions in Zend are not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

Talk to a doctor before starting a new exercise or nutrition program, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant or have been injured. Stop exercising and get help if you feel pain, dizziness or shortness of breath. Plans and advice from your gym’s staff are their responsibility, not Zend’s.

Your content

What you log or upload remains yours. You allow Zend to store, process and show it as needed to provide the service, including showing it to your gym’s staff as described in our Privacy Policy.

Zend, its apps, design, exercise library and brand belong to Zend or its licensors. We give you a personal, non-transferable right to use them for as long as you use Zend under these terms.

Changes and availability

We keep improving Zend and may change, add or remove features. We work to keep Zend available, but it may sometimes be interrupted, for example for maintenance or because of problems outside our control.

Ending your use

You can stop using Zend at any time and delete your account in the app, which erases your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts other users or Zend at risk. Where reasonable, we will warn you first and explain why.

Disclaimers

Zend is provided “as is” and “as available”. As far as the law allows, we do not promise that Zend will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that its scores and estimates will be accurate for every person.

Limitation of liability

As far as the law allows, Zend is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost data, or for injuries resulting from exercise, nutrition or advice that Zend did not provide.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or rights you have as a consumer.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and the courts of Amman have jurisdiction, unless the law of your country gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is significant, we will tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect. If you keep using Zend after that, you accept the updated terms.
